The belt is very rough. I guess it's all about "rugged" these days. The belt buckle is not sewn but is only held in place by two Chicago screws. The edges are not blued, only stamped; So I don't see where actual craftsmanship was used in the making of this belt. Also, I received this belt yesterday, put it on today and the leather is already tearing. The teeth of the buckle appear to have been bent in the cold, leaving stress cracks in the metal. I don't see it continuing with any use. UPDATE: I wore a belt to work. Either I've lost a lot of weight in the last few weeks or this belt is stretching insanely. Started tight with 3 holes on the inside to hold them in place, now I have them as tight as I can and still not tight enough. Needless to say, for $44 I expected much better quality.
