We've had it for about a month now and use it every day. It was relatively easy to install. Our premises are about 600 square meters. Feet divided into two spaces. Only criticism is that it is very noisy. The air conditioning turns on and off automatically to maintain the temperature, which is a nice feature. However, it's loud enough that we had to turn the TV down really low, and it's harder to talk to when you're within 10-15 feet of the air-conditioning unit.
