The best thing about this program is its ease of use, it's not too complicated and has many features which are easy to understand. It also has an excellent customer service team who always respond quickly and help you with any queries or problems that arise. I dislike how sometimes when there's no internet connection, the application just stops working but if you restart your computer, it works again. This happens often so I have had to reinstall the app several times in order to get back up and running. If you're looking for something simple yet very effective then Netsnap should be at the top of your list. We've been using net snap since we started our business and they helped us set everything up easily.
