I've been looking for failed vapor return hoses on a 1998 car for a while and this machine helped me track down the last one. I really like that there is an option to choose just direct compressed air or low pressure air with the addition of smoke. I had to purchase smoke generating liquid from a local store in Napa. You can probably use some types of mineral oils as well, but the one I tried must have been too thick because it didn't work. So I got $20 for the right stuff and then it worked. I wish it came with a 12 volt adapter so I can unplug it instead of plugging it into a car battery. I ended up using jumper wires to mount it in place as I wanted to use a large rubber cone to get smoke to the gas point. It comes with a whole range of different adapters to bring smoke or air to as many different places as you like. Seems made well enough for my occasional home use. I don't know how well it will hold up against commercial devices, but I can't afford a proper commercial device for the rare occasions I use something like this.
