Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is a MUST HAVE for my YC Onion Slider (or tripod etc)

First I will upload a full video review in a few days. But for now, only buy if you want to make life easier for yourself with a camera slider, tripod, etc. This tripod ball head is very high quality at a good price. Feel/Shape: Well, the first thing that struck me when I opened the box was the feel of quality in my hands. It may sound simple but I buy a lot of Revain stuff and I know the quality when I see/feel it. It is durable and just looks nice and smooth. How it works: I run a YouTube channel about cars and tech and will use it to create all sorts of videos. I also use it with the YC Onion Slider I bought (also very high quality and reasonably priced - see my review on that too). Reliable assembly of both products. The ball head allows me to leave the camera fully assembled and still make adjustments in all directions (I was filming a stationary drone for example and I was able to pan and tilt the camera while still maintaining a solid base for the camera. VERY NICE!It's fully adjustable, you can do assisted panoramic views (it has a dial at the base that you can move by hand without worrying about messing with the horizontal settings), has a built in spirit level, and I think most importantly it has some of the best build quality I've seen. There are a few cheaper alternatives but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't put my cameras on anything less than that. Five stars/highly recommended.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Too long to wait
