Getting to grips with the connecting hoses to the printheads is a little tricky because you don't want to rape and destroy the printhead. But if you are patient, gently place the hoses on the printheads and install completely, you will be cleaning the printheads in no time! I cannot stress enough that you must follow the instructions. You will be tempted to do it faster, but slowly inject 1ml of cleaning solution, leave for half an hour, inject the remaining 1ml, wait a little longer and then move on to the next. And do not forget. Paper towel under the printheads! I would recommend changing it after every printhead cleaning. Between the solution and the ink washing it out of the printheads, and the fact that there's not much room in there to begin with, your paper towel will be soaked through in no time. You have two injectors, so you can make two. printheads at the same time. Worst case it takes 3 or 4 hours depending on the printer but my printheads were _complete_ clogged and after using this product my problem is _solved_. Couldn't be happier!
