available I don't know how this device got good reviews. I guess I'm just one of those inept users who can't rotate the brush. Not only did it get stuck at the root most of the time, but if I managed to twist it, the ends would get so tangled that I had to cut two knots. I also felt like it yanked my hair out by the root in spin mode. Hot mode was very inconvenient. The style didn't hold up as expected for the second day. Made a second attempt at using the device which quickly turned out to be just as bad as the first attempt despite trying with smaller sections of hair. I will never use it again and will not give it to anyone I care about.
