Review on ISSEVE by Brian Edwards

I was delighted to find the ISSEVE online store, which caters to the requirements of artists and crafters such as myself. Unfortunately, my buying trip left me feeling let down. The website has a pleasant design and is simple to browse, but they don't have nearly as many products as other retailers do. In addition, I found that the grade of a few of the items I bought was subpar. Some of the beads I got were broken, and the holes weren't even, so I couldn't use them in my jewelry. In addition, I was not happy with the customer service I got when attempting to return these flawed items. My refund took a lot longer to complete than I had anticipated because of how tedious the process was. Shipping was another point of contention. Despite the store's assurances of speedy delivery, my purchases took longer than expected to arrive. The delivery of some purchases was significantly later than anticipated. In sum, I was disappointed with my time spent at ISSEVE and do not plan to return. While the rates are fair, the selection is limited, the quality is subpar, and the service leaves much to be desired. Until I find a superior craft supply shop, I will have to keep looking.
