Great replacement studs

The studs fit my Adidas 360 golf shoes perfectly, none have fallen off yet. It comes with a spare tool that doesn't work very well. I would not attempt to remove your old spikes with the tool provided. This will damage the removal holes, making them difficult to remove. I would recommend getting a better bolt remover/installer. Spend 30-40 minutes removing and cleaning old cleats before inserting new cleats.
