Difficult to turn, best in Salt & Pepper
They are heavy, awkward to hold, grind slowly and tire your hands. I set them on the lowest grind setting to make them easier to spin, but they still tire me. I use them sparingly because my hands hurt every time. Sorry OXO, but that's nowhere near a "good grip".
