Works well, quality is good

Quality is good. There is no instruction manual. I used my 310 degree heat press and pressed the front with a teflon sheet for about a minute, then flipped the garment over and pressed again for about 30 seconds. I also used an abdominal pad to ensure even pressure. So far, so good. They glued well. I was also able to trim most of the back of the jacket at the color transition without fraying.
