It offers excellent support for web conferencing with multiple people at once as well as screen sharing which is great when you can't see what's going on behind your computer! I dislike having my computer go into sleep mode during meetings where it needs to stay awake - but this has been resolved since upgrading to Windows 10 Pro version 1809. Also would like to be able to use different sized monitors without needing separate licenses if there are too few connections provided by conference provider. We used UF several times before switching over to Zoom. In general we had good experiences; however not all users were happy about their experience using this product so definitely do some research first! Excellent tool for team collaboration especially virtual office hours through zoom.
