This is our first U-shaped toothbrush. I honestly never knew they existed. My 1 year old daughter used it for the first time tonight and she loved it. She said it is very easy to use. We have sudsy toothpaste and I think this is the best to use. It is very easy to get all the teeth with it. Ordinary toothpaste can get stuck in it and not work. The handle is strong and the head is easy to remove and replace. I wish I had known about this type of toothbrush earlier, because then it might not be so difficult to get my kids to brush their teeth.
