Apologies in advance for the long review: I work at the vet and am on my feet 90% of the day on a concrete floor or in a parking lot (we do a curb). I've never been officially diagnosed, but due to the type of heel pain I experience (the flat part of the bottom of my heels hurts and is sensitive to any pressure on them), I've been told that I probably have plantar fasciitis. Whether I know it or not, maybe the description will help someone find a shoe with the same problem as me. I usually wear rx crocs clogs due to the soft but supportive sole and slight heel lift which I prefer but was looking for a more breathable shoe. I literally bought and returned 5 shoes including Brooks Ghost and Crocs tennis shoes because they were either not soft enough, too low/high in the heel for the support I needed, or my feet were chafing. 5 different expensive shoes. I stumbled across them quite by accident and they had a similar structure to my trusty old Crocs so I took a chance. These shoes are amazing! Perfect heel height, soft sole but still very supportive. They are made from stretch mesh so they breathe well and are very comfortable in the upper part of the foot and also offer plenty of toe room. They have memory foam cushioning around the heel and ankle that took some getting used to but after wearing them for a full week they helped keep my heels from blistering which is fantastic! I LOVE these shoes and would recommend them to anyone who does a lot of walking on their feet!
