Warm and dry! - my new rating
I like boots very much. They are very well made, durable and keep my daughter's feet warm and dry. She walked and played in the snow at a temperature of 20 degrees, and her feet stayed completely dry and warm. The color and design are wonderful! The only reason I'm not rating the boots 5 stars is because my daughter finds them too heavy (she usually wears sneakers because we just moved from a place where it doesn't snow and it's our first snowy winter ).
- Very convenient. I just bought an extra size up to accommodate socks and comfort.
- Poor customer service from the manufacturer
