This reel head appears to have been used with a crack and the red part of the slider button on the top is missing. vertex. It cannot be attached securely. I am very frustrated as I need this and now I have to return it and wait for a replacement. Apparently there is no quality control. If a replacement doesn't fit, I'll give up and buy direct from Dyson. What a waste of time. Update 10-16 2nd order: So I will keep leaving negative feedback until I get the correct reel head. WTF That's the second time you sent the wrong part! Is nobody paying attention?! I pay over $100 for a Dyson soft scooter and no one checks that the correct scooter is being sent. Again, what I received today is missing the red clip. This is not for the Dyson V10, I believe the V6 was the only one that didn't have the red clip. Please contact me and send the correct part.
