Seemed great when first used but started to break down after a few months. First, after about 2 months of use, Ethernet and USB-A connections started dropping every minute. Sometimes this symptom goes away after a few hours, but that happens quite often when I stop using the Ethernet and USB ports A. Second, my Acer monitor doesn't go to sleep with this hub, which my previous hub didn't case was. This caused my monitor backlight to turn on even though the laptop was in sleep mode. Third, their customer service does not reply to you. You replied when I originally registered the item. But after I asked for help with the above two issues, they became unresponsive and weeks went by with no response, although I still emailed them once a week.
