I could only use them outside the window.

The colors are vibrant and I was looking forward to hanging it on my window. The problem is that they only stick on one side. I would have to place them on the outside of my windows. It is impossible. 1. I live in southwest Washington and it rains here, snows sometimes and we have freezing rain. 2. The window I am decorating is too high outside of the house for me to reach. I used some on a sheltered porch window and they look great. I had to order others for another window.
