I ordered two slacks of exactly the same size (34wx32L) but one pair were about an inch longer than the other and both fit very tight around my waist. I since went to a brick/mortar Dillards and bought a couple more pleated/cuffed slack and they're 34 waist and fit right. For these, you might want to order your waist one size larger and the length one size shorter.
