To be perfectly frank, I don't get why not all mice have a third button (under the ring finger). It's so handy that using any other mouse would feel like a chore after using this one. The "back" button does the same thing in practically every program; in a web browser, it takes you back one page; in Windows Explorer, it takes you back one folder; in Spotify, i. Music, Discord, etc., it takes you back one state. In addition, you can customize this button to perform any frequently used action, such as an auto attack or a close strike in a video game. Aside from opening and closing tabs in the browser, quickly scrolling up and down the page, and other frequently used tasks, you can assign them to the side buttons. I think we're all on the same page with regards to games, particularly mmo's. It's incredibly easy to press even the farthest buttons. In the past decade, I've gone through five of these mice. I've purchased them from all across 2022, and even from other countries, but they're all of the same low quality. Buttons on brand-new mice can be pressed with varying degrees of force, with some being easier to press than others. The biggest issue is the lack of button resources, which causes duplicate clicks or requires visible effort to press. I already have so many of these mice that I only have to re-solder the buttons. A mouse can live anywhere from one to three years.
