Let me start by saying I'm the guy everyone comes to when they need a clean screen protector. I've taken the art to the point that in 9/10 cases there are no artifacts between the screen and the protective film. Paper for example comes with two sheets I always assume because if you mess up the first one there is a second to get it right! The first install had a lot of stuff under the screen. Hooray. I found out what the hell. I use the second one and will bring it to perfection. So I uninstalled the first and installed the second. Unfortunately, the second one went in the wrong direction. That means there was no cover for the sticky side! It was the paper-like side and the side that should already be covered. I'm not sure if this is a quality control issue or something else. But at a premium price, I expect a premium product with no flaws. It doesn't matter that a screen protector is great on its own if you can't properly apply it to the screen.
