Bought this to bike to work. It helps keep my face warm and my ears BUT a little difficult to breathe even though it's intended for a motorcycle or something where you don't exert that much effort. I still use it but I had to adjust to my breathing and that's fine. I would STILL recommend this even to a cyclist as there is a big difference between not having and having. Not sure how it will perform in very cold weather, but it will be better than not having it. It may seem a little big at first BUT the size helps air escape through the seal around your face. Overall I like the design, it's comfortable and warm. UPDATE: After a few months of use I would definitely recommend it to a cyclist. It works well, keeps ears and face warm, and is easy to wash/care for.
