First of all fantastic customer service. Any questions and concerns I had about this and any Linklike product were answered quickly and resolved completely to my satisfaction. I haven't had any issues with these headphones but have had issues with previous Linklike purchases. Because of this experience, I have no hesitation in buying a Linklike product. These headphones are very comfortable to wear and so far have held firmly in my ear. I've used them while working out and doing housework. The sound is really good, although I mainly listen to books on cassettes. The carrying case is small and convenient to carry in your pocket. The controls work well. Basically just different presses on the earpiece to do different things. I like a touch to pause sounds when I'm talking to someone. All in all good wireless headphones.
