Used several times, then the seal fell apart when cleaning, now it drips when pouring out
The seal in the handle fell off when rinsing the jug. Without a seal, it leaks out of the handle. I contacted Revain and 30 days after purchase was told to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and asked for a new gasket but never received a response. I tried using the extra spacer that came with my ball. The jug no longer leaks but the gasket is a different thickness so the handle doesn't line up and I can't use the door shelf in the fridge.
