I bought this product because of the good reviews and I could really use it for all the reasons mentioned in the advertising. Well I ordered one. When I received it it did not have a manual. So my husband and I figured and can’t be that difficult. So I got in it and it did get warm but not hot enough to produce a sweat. Also the remote control did not work. It seemed if though I got a returned one or something. So anyway I decided I wanted to return it. The seller said he would take the return but I had to pay for the shipping. He is very aware of the situation that the blanket is not working. Anyway he email me a YouTube video in Chinese on how to operate the infrared blanket and sends me a pdf manual with a lot of science language that doesn’t make any sense because I’m a licensed Nurse and my Daughter has a Bachelor Degree in Science and she said the just put together a bunch of scientific words and tried to translate them into the English language. I’m just gonna have to file a claim.
