Right off the get, let me tell you that I drive a Chevrolet Lanos. I replaced the front tires with brand-new ones, and then the following year I replaced the tires on two more wheels. Previous to that, though, were the Blizzak Revo GZ. I wouldn't exactly say that Blizzak were fantastic, but I suppose I could have hoped for better from Nokian. BUT! You can't brake effectively on new snow. Even minimal application of the brakes results in skidding. It's not hard to get going, but as soon as you step on the throttle, you stall out in first or second gear. And on March 3rd, it finally occurred. At a time when the temperature isn't always -10 degrees, I'm finally able to sit down and write this evaluation. However, driving can be nerve-wracking. Yes, corner handling is quite typical, but this is probably due to the fact that you stop a hundred meters before the curve to prevent skidding. Never had to carry. Never exceed 40 km/h in icy conditions, whether the ice is hidden by snow or not. Keep your grip the same as it was the last time you drove. Again, ALL OF THIS HAPPENS at a temperature of around zero. Is there really any difference, though? If the frost improves the vehicle's handling and braking, I might consider writing a review. As with all Velcro, it creates an odd noise when placed on freshly swept asphalt. When the temperature drops, the sound becomes fainter and harder to detect. However, it's much louder than Blizzak. Several times, the journey was completed without incident despite the loose snow. She may not look like it, but she rows really efficiently. Strong ability to resist wear and tear. Even though I do some driving, the 8mm mark from last season's skating has not been removed from the rubber. On asphalt, handling is adequate, but body roll is noticeable in tight turns. It's easy to control, and braking is predictable; you can even brake into a skid. Sending a slip is possible too, however only if you really try. This means that actions on the sidewalk are consistent. Therefore, such rubber should only be used if minimizing cabin noise is a top priority. She hasn't exactly proven herself to be a safe and reliable rubber yet. Sturdy tires are becoming a popular option.
