If you need a height adjustable mount this is a good choice, but don't rely on the included bubble level. Get real level, find your studs and mark drill points. When I tried to use the included small bubble as shown in the instructions, my TV went up an inch on one side, even though the bubble was flush with the bracket and TV. Repeating with my actual 4ft level worked like a charm. Installation is easy if you attach the bracket to the wall properly. Also, I don't understand why they don't just make the wall plate in one piece, which would be a lot easier to level. I've used other Hangman mounts that have a solid wall plate and spirit level and never had a problem with them. Unfortunately they cannot adjust the height of the TV once installed.
