shower head and hand held shower are great but the 5ft stretch hose is ridiculous. It can stretch up to 6 feet, but the tension on it is so great that it becomes unusable. I bought this unit partly because I needed a new shower but was also very interested in a longer hand held shower hose so I could wash my dog. Very disappointed with the so-called flexible hose. I just ordered a longer hose from another company. I just ordered another set of these shower heads. I like them a lot but the hose is still too short and doesn't stretch well. Ordered a longer and more flexible hose from another company. Love the big shower head and love the fact that the hand on the handle shuts off.
