I was expecting them to be a bit thicker than they are, but they are strong enough that the flower sticks flat out of the cup when you remove the cup from the top of the cups. That surprised me. Maybe not for long, but for now it was a good sign. No more ringing. You get sixteen, but only four of each size. If I wanted these for my pots I would get another set with larger ones. Whatever it is, sharing my ceramic pans with the larger ones and lots of bowls with the smaller ones works. I wish they came with bigger ones and the largest is only 12 inches tall although I would like 15. But at the same time, it was enough to keep my 10" pan from rattling in my 12" pan, so I'm wrong in thinking it's supposed to be bigger. I don't know if I would trust my enameled cast iron; I could use thicker felt. But they seem to work well enough to prevent ringing, and they're a little better than any of my bubble wrap or scraps of paper foam I've used. It works, just next time I'd like some options for sets.
