It has been very helpful to us as it allows for easy tracking of all aspects related from lead generation through qualification/scoping process; also great toolkit at hand that can be used across disciplines within your organization! Nothing really so far - would love if there was some kind self-service integration feature where you could create specific rules or alerts using API calls etc which then get reflected into dashboard automatically without having any manual intervention by support team (or perhaps even better option).

Would recommend this product only because I have seen how well they are able solve problems relating business operations & reporting needs along side their excellent technical expertise / knowledge base available via forums section online! Also highly recommended!! We needed something simple yet powerful enought platform allowing quick setup up front but flexible down stream once implemented!!
