I admit I actually didn't get these to jog with. More for knocking around the house on the weekend. I think i have finally become my father.or Jack Clompus. They do fit real well. I'm 6' 1", 175 pounds 33-34 waist, and the large is a good fit for me. Maybe these run small? What I like is the cuffs both on the jacket and pants do NOT have any elastic, which i would hate. The fabric itself is pretty stretchy spandex. The jacket and pants have slide adjustment elastic if needed. The jacket has handy inside pockets and all the stitching looks well done. Bottom line, I think I'll wearing these far to much on the weekends.
