Works great with radio antennas
My XM Radio universal home antenna cable was not long enough to place the receiver in the desired location. I hooked up this extension, sealed the connection point with 1/4" heat shrink tubing, and got all the length I needed plus some extra. I believe 20 foot coax will have losses at Sirius frequencies, and although this is not a scientific measurement, I had "three bars" of signal strength before adding the cable and "three bars" after.
