These 20cm skewers are great for air frying kebabs in inclement weather. Its oval shape holds meat and vegetables securely when turning and the food can be easily removed. I recommend using a fryer rack for even frying. Using the grate also allows you to cook without having to turn the food halfway through the cycle. They're also handy on the grill for searing pineapple chunks or other foods where only a small amount is needed. Because of the size of the skewers, they don't hold much food. However, longer skewers are available. I just wish they came with some sort of storage pouch or at least Velcro and protection from sharp ends.
