product as described, easy to order, quality seems ok but NO ORIGIN of the country the tool was made from, nothing on the packaging indicates it, I prefer or try at the very least, if possible, buy US made tools and you would pay more for the tool. I BELIEVE the tool is made in CHINA, if it was made in USA then there would be a PRINT on the TOOL itself. So for the price and brand name to be LISLE you must buy the TOOL made here hence the rating is 3 stars
