I tried to contact them through their website because I had a query about one of their goods, but I never got a response. Additionally, their website is missing crucial details like their refund policy and shipment schedules. I find it challenging to confidently endorse their services to my clients because of their lack of openness. Even if their collection of materials is remarkable, I have trouble trusting them to conduct business with them because of their subpar customer service and absence of critical information on their website. In the future, I hope they can make progress in these areas.
