The ability for us as an organization to track our fleet in real-time without having to rely or use any other tracking software was very helpful, especially since we had a few issues with our GPS devices. The interface has some quirks but it's not too difficult to work through them if you look up examples online before trying something new. It also helps when they have live chat support available 24/7! I do wish there were more features built directly into this system rather than 3rd party apps like Navionics. We are able to view ship positions via satellite imagery within seconds of entering our position at sea. I love being able to see where all of our boats are at any given time, it helps us know when they're available for work or not! It's also great because we can keep track of them in multiple locations so if one isn't working there will be another waiting right next door. Sometimes i wish you could have more information than just their location but other then that its pretty good!! Tracking your fleet has helped me tremendously with keeping everything organized as well.
