Not currently supported Xfinity

If the Xfinity staff cannot "fix" the activation issues with this modem, I will return it. Although the modem is listed on the Xfinity.com website as supported by Xfinity, so far I've been able to say IT IS NOT. Xfinity chat and phone staff both got error messages on their systems when trying to add a modem to my account. I'm making one last try so I can update this view in a few days after using a working/enabled modem; But right now I can only give one star, and that's only because Amazon doesn't let me select stars. However, any wired computer with a modem dies, works fine, and there's always internet.
