Weak Plastic - Corer

The plastic slots on the Strawberry Knife aren't very strong and a few broke off after a few snips. I tried to buy another one made of plastic that has steel wire attached to the plastic frame and after a few uses the wire also became loose and bent. I ended up just paying the extra expense and buying a cast aluminum cutter with blades instead of wire and that seems to work pretty well. Keyword search "cutting for mushrooms and eggs"
