I have an 18 year old cat who has medically controlled hyperthyroidism. Now she is very thin and does not eat much. I've tried expensive food but she doesn't know it's expensive and she eats what she likes, which is mostly food. She likes very wet, bland food, so she seems to like it (gravy). I regularly switch from Purina Fancy Feast Medleys Primavera and it works well. However, I've noticed that food with extra sauce has a little less real food in it. I've never had a problem with the food as some reviewers have said.
