This would be a great part if the suction cup wasn't so small and flimsy. The neck of the device is very strong and very long, which allows you to place the GPS (or cellphone or whatever) right where you can easily access it. Unfortunately, one critical design flaw is the lackluster suction cup. It'll hold up well enough in the warmer months, but once the cold weather sets in, this thing won't stay on your windshield. What happens is that the rubber that makes up the suction cup becomes heavily ripped at lower temperatures. Once it hardens, it just falls off where it sticks.
