Review on 🔌 DB Electrical 400-52340 Alternator: Compatible with 3.0L Toyota Camry & Solara (97-99) - High Performance Replacement, 27060-20040 by Bobby Plymell

This brand new alternator arrived in 48 hours in two boxes and well packaged from Kingsport, Tennessee to San Francisco, California. The inner box is a plain white box with no markings like the generator itself (no manufacturer name, model number or specifications). However, included in the white box is an "Alternator Computer Test” test result sheet showing the test sequence, controller functions, and oscilloscope circuitry. The appearance is pretty good compared to the original Toyota alternator, about 90%. Installation went smoothly, everything fit. Output voltage is good - 14.42v at 1300rpm, and 13.38 volts at 750, well within specs. The only downside I've noticed is the higher noise level of this alternator. But at only 33% the cost of the original alternator this is a very good price.
