Cable arrived broken. There was a bad connection somewhere in the cable, causing the headphones they were plugged into to turn off if the cable was even touched. I saw several other reviews with the same problem. Looks like they have a quality control issue. **UPDATE** After receiving a defective cable and writing a review, I was quickly contacted by customer service and received a new cable. The new one works as promised and is a high quality product. I'm using this to replace a broken cable on a headset I use for my Xbox and it works like a charm.
