I had to trust other reviewers when they wrote "Out of the box broken and the plugs fit really badly." Yes, that's exactly what I experienced. When I opened the box, it smelled like burnt electronics. Also noticed that one of the screws was loose as if someone had opened the case. Don't waste your time with this garbage. I feel like someone screwed it up, ordered and replaced the bad with a good one and returned the bad. It certainly looked like it had been used or refurbished. I just ordered a custom brand like Corsair. Should have done that from the start!
