They were really good when I first got them. I LOVE sound system music (reggae, dub, jungle) with heavy bass lines. My partner bought a pair and I really liked them so I bought my own. The bass used to be pumping, but for a week now I've had to turn the volume up all the way on my phone and it's still not loud enough. They've never been splashed with water and I've always put them in a case and charged them fully, but now they don't sound as good. I think they are wrong. I will exchange/return them. Edit: Turns out I just had to reset them by holding down both buttons on the earbuds in the charging case for 8 seconds. it should flash red and then you're done.
