I love this toy. As soon as my daughter learned to sit, I wanted this toy. She's too big to be comfortable lying on her stomach, but it would be fine if we held her in our arms, it wouldn't be as fun. She's in her 'waving her hand and unknowingly thrashing' phase. So we gave her this drum and it's really nice that she plays it. Obviously it's not a real drum, so it's not loud or anything. It counts your beats out loud and has a cool backlight that makes the drum inside appear endless. I love that the mirror is in the middle under the plastic batting or something, it's a real mirror. That's why she likes to look at the baby in the drum and kiss it. Many mirrors in children's toys reflect enough to distort her face, rather than being an actual mirror through which she can see herself. Overall I like this toy.
