I'm 5ft 9", 158lbs, 30" waist, fit/muscular build - I ordered a small but could probably use an extra small for the fit I want. I don't have genetically small hands, but I don't have big hands either. Even the little one is looser on the arms, which I would like, and the length is about 2 inches longer than I would like. The rest fits quite well although I have big and broad shoulders so someone who doesn't have that can feel free.
