Review on Pencil2D by Adam Rogers

It's easy enough for beginners, but offers advanced features as well. The interface can be difficult at first (it has many options), so try it out in demo mode before buying! I use this program primarily because of its ease of drawing with line art and simple shapes - nothing too complex here. There are some programs which offer more flexibility than others when creating characters or backgrounds, such as being able to edit colors separately from one another. This makes coloring easier since there isn't any mixing up between color groups. Drawing character designs was my favorite part of working within pencil 2d.
