Review on Rhodia Rhodiarama SoftCover Notebook - 80 Dots Sheets - 6 X 8 1/4 - Sapphire Cover by Jennifer Salazar

I purchased this notebook in Sapphire blue back in September 2019. When I received the notebook I noticed it was in fantastic condition (at least nothing noticeable). After journaling through this notebook, it was time together another one.I purchased a new one in Poppy and the whole front cover was deeply imprinted by the elastic band. I never had this issue with the Sapphire one I purchased in 2019. After unstrapping the elastic band of the Poppy, the whole front cover was sort of warped looking. needless to say I had to return and purchase a new one. This time in Beige (and yes. because my color interests change all the time)Now with my 3rd purchase. the beige cover was creased in the bottom right hand corner and still had warping issues like the Poppy. When standing my notebook up (from a bird’s eye view) the whole notebook was slightly curved. I returned this one as well.Don’t get me wrong, this is a beautiful notebook. The paper is gorgeous and smooth to write on. It encourages me to journal more! My first journal has lasted me 7 months and is still in great condition. The cover is so soft and flexible. And let’s not forget the beautiful color array these come in.Giving Rhodia one more chance here as I ordered another in Beige. Fingers crossed I don’t run into similar flaws. If I do, it’s an opportunity to practice some acceptance. In the end, it’s about what I write in the dang book. not how aesthetically pleasing it is!
