A small bead or screw (whatever holds the connector hole) on the end of the clicker will get stuck in the piercing hole and cause PAIN. Wore it for about 10 seconds and it was already starting to look a bit worn. Not sure for the partition. Possibly other piercings if you are not allergic to artificial materials. I can do some stuff but I feel like if I left it I would have a reaction.
