Better buy the cheapest Harbor Freight tape. I thought I'd get a good cassette for a good price. Should have known better. I've used it maybe a dozen times. It came out of the blue (the tape flew out). I have never dropped or bumped it. It just appeared out of nowhere. I can retrieve it about a foot and make sure it stays locked. I took it apart to try rewinding it manually like that spare tape you used for good old Craftsman tapes. No matter how much I hurt him, it wouldn't have happened. Even when he was working, I didn't like him as much as I thought I would. A magnet could have been useful but what bothered me the most was it. I also see that the metric might be useful for some people but not for me. It always seemed to me that I also want a standard. Don't waste money and time.
